Location and amenities were great and I actually booked this hotel to be able to walk to the marathon start line early morning, however being a marathon runner, no perks whatsoever was offered, no breakfast nor snack, no water or even a small welcome kit unlike many hotels in the area. And no late check out either. I should have booked somewhere else.
