When we arrived my wife went for a shower and the drain was blocked so the shower tray overflowed with water onto the hall carpet and the resulting repair ment that there was workmen in our room for 1.5 hours who did fix the issue but we felt uncomfortable and exhausted throughout this process They never offered an alternative room so we just had to put up with workmen in our hotel room at night when we needed to rest after a long day After complaining to reception they told me a manager would contact me on Monday which they never did

The staff was very cooperative... Infact the guy on the night reception on 23rd of Feb was very cooperative... He managed to prepare food for us at 4 am out of no way... Rest the cleanliness was good and the views were exceptional
