We had a wonderful stay at The Westin Dubai. The hotel is excellent, and the staff are extremely polite, respectful, friendly, and professional. The pool area and water park are especially great for families with children, and we really enjoyed our time there. The breakfast is also excellent, with a very good variety and quality of food. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The only point I would mention is that a hotel of this standard deserves a little more attention to some of the smaller details. Some of the towels looked quite old and worn, with loose threads around the edges, and did not feel as fresh or luxurious as you would expect from a hotel like The Westin. Also, although the breakfast itself is excellent, many of the plates are quite old and heavily scratched from long-term use. These are relatively small details, but replacing the older towels and plates would make a noticeable difference and bring the overall experience even closer to the high standard of the hotel. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would be happy to return.
