This hotel exceeded my expectations from the moment I checked in until the day I checked out. The entire experience was excellent. The swimming pool is absolutely beautiful, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had, with a great variety and delicious food. The room was spotless, well-organized, and cleaned every day. They also restocked complimentary bottled water, juice, soft drinks, tea, and coffee daily, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel is in a fantastic beachfront location. While the beach directly in front of the hotel isn’t suitable for swimming, the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to a nearby private swimming beach every hour, making it very convenient. Another highlight was the complimentary city tour they offer, which takes guests to five different local shops an enjoyable way to explore the area. One night at around 2:00 a.m., I heard a very loud banging noise outside my room. I called the front desk, and within about 20 minutes, the issue was completely resolved. It turned out to be a sign outside that was making noise because of the strong wind. I was impressed by how quickly and professionally the staff handled the situation. The service throughout my stay was outstanding fast, efficient, and always delivered with a smile. Overall, this hotel is truly exceptional, and I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
